Over the weekend, the 53-year-old "30 Rock" star (who turns 54 tomorrow--happy birthday!)popped the question while in East Long Island. His 28-year-old girlfriend, yoga instructor and studio owner Hilaria Thomas, said yes.
Alec's rep, Matthew Hiltzik, tweeted the news to the world: "Alec proposed to Hilaria this weekend & werre all excited 4 the newly engaged couple. AB's birthday's tom'w. Great way 2 celebrate!"
